performance surely wasnt spectacular, but it was more than adequate 4 the place, space and time. the vibe is what its all about, its my only criteria when ranking shows

by this criteria all 3 gizah nights r in my 78 top 10, despite..

or

68-06-14 is my permanent no1 4 68, despite..

hope cliff gets it w/o trying 2 hard

Why the hostility?

Not sure how "the vibe" comes into play ranking digital files of performances, in spite of "trying hard" to understand. Did you attend the World Music Festival? Were you in Cairo in '78?

Anyway, 6/14/68 is in my top ten of '68, but for the music. I cant discern any vibe through that aweful sound quality. Peace...

Ok from the guy who scored this tape while going to a World music Festival 3 years later this is by far not the best Dead Tape you will ever find, However it is by far one of the most interesting recordings I've listened too, and for those who have ever been to this fest when it was held in Mo Bay, it's clear to me through this recording that a fun time was had at a cool local, so that's gotta be worth something right.

Its funny, I had the opportunity to attend this show and the rest of the festival, for free! My best friends brother offered to take me and cover 100% of the airfare, lodging, tickets. I cant remember why I declined, but I have no regrets not going...
